There are two types of interviews in our hiring process. Between each round, we gather feedback from your interviewers and determine next steps. Individual can directly submit the mail to the HR of the company at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Individual can apply telephonically and approach the HR for the interview. To ensure fairness and an efficient recruiting process to all applicants, we collect all applications via our Careers Center only. Once your application has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on file.
The interview varies as per the post. Your application will be reviewed by a Talent Acquisition professional and assessed based on the position requirements and your submitted profile. If your application is selected , a member of our team will be in touch with you to arrange a telephone or online interview. If your application is not selected , you will receive an email notifying you of this status. Your resume will remain in our database in case it matches other opportunities in the future. The Interview would be carried out by the professionals of the company to short list and select the eligible candidate.
